Non-swimmer Age 4+
For children age 4+ who're new to swimming, with no swimming experience or low water confidence. Also for children progressing from our Preschool Age 3-4 class.
We'll help your child build their confidence in the water, learn to listen and follow instructions and gain fundamental swimming and lifesaving safety skills. The emphasis is on fun at all times to kickstart their love for the water.
Stage 1
For independent swimmers with basic water confidence. We build upon their confidence and skills learned in our Non-Swimmer Age 4+ class (or first level elsewhere) and will encourage independent movement in the pool, travelling 5m with aids, floating and pushing off the wall. We focus on water safety and start teaching the children how to save their own life.
If your child has no swimming experience please book Non-Swimmer Age 4+ and complete this level first and we will progress you child to Stage 1 when they're ready.
